Moshe Hess, Founder and CEO, possesses extensive experience leading strategic and technological projects within the public sector.
Previously, Hess served as a Project Manager in the Prime Minister's Office, where he spearheaded complex innovation and R&D projects. Throughout his career, he has initiated and led significant impact projects, including co-leading an initiative that won the 2025 President's Award, and he also serves as a strategic consultant for establishing international impact ventures. As a graduate of the Management Development Program at Tel Aviv University, he now orchestrates DriveMentor’s business strategy, strategic partnerships, and regulatory affairs.
